ID Planning secured planning permission for a leisure based regeneration scheme on a canal side location in central Walsall. The scheme provides a new Light multiplex cinema on the waterfront along with a number of food and beverage units including Pizza Express, Chiquito’s, Greene King, Bella Italia, TGI Fridays, Gourmet Burger Kitchen, Five Guys, Cream’s and Subway. The scheme is open and provides a vibrant, attractive leisure based development.
ID Planning prepared and submitted a hybrid planning application securing detailed permission for the leisure based regeneration scheme. This included coordination of the project team, preparation of necessary planning reports including a Planning Statement and Design & Access Statement.
