ID Planning secured planning permission for an out of centre retail scheme at Snowhill in Wakefield which will provide a local centre offer for new residential areas in north Wakefield. Providing retailers such as Aldi, Iceland Food Warehouse, Poundland, McDonalds, Costa, Greggs, Barnado’s and a further two units, the scheme offers new modern shopping facilities close to new residential uses including the recent Strata Homes scheme, also successfully promoted by ID Planning.
