Midland Mills is a former manufacturing building for textile machinery, originally built in 1793 with later additions and alterations. Acting on behalf of Citylife, ID Planning secured planning and listed building consent for the conversion and restoration of Midland Mills alongside the erection of a landmark 32 storey residential tower within the Holbeck Conservation Area.
